The Veterans Day Parade in the Chaffee Crossing Historic District returns every year on the second Saturday in November with floats, motorcycles, tractors, classic cars, walkers, cyclists, runners, and hundreds of area veterans.
U.S. Senator John Boozman has declared this as Arkansas' largest Veterans Day celebration and our festivities are centered around honoring veterans of all military services and all wars. The parade is preceded by a Veteran Honors Ceremony that includes medals presentations courtesy of U.S. Senator John Boozman's office. Other activities before and during the parade include food trucks, veteran information booths, a kids' area, coat donations for veterans and their families, and a canned food drive.
THANK YOU, VETERANS, for your sacrifices. We appreciate your service and we will never forget your loyalty and patriotism!
