Harry E. Kelley Park is located beneath the Arkansas River Bridge and is adjacent to the River Park Complex.

The Amphitheater, located next to the Arkansas River represents one-third of the River Park Complex. The rising, terraced walkways frame seating for 1128 persons. Additional seating is available on the hillsides in this masterpiece of Fort Smith culture!

The River Park Events Building is a great place for weddings, parties or receptions in a beautiful room overlooking the Arkansas River!  Located adjacent to the Riverfront Amphitheater and one block west of the Riverfront Pavilion, this facility represents one-third of the River Park Complex.
