Fort Smith's first all-inclusive playground, John Bell Jr. Park, originally known as Riverfront Drive Sports Field and is a riverfront community park in Fort Smith.
The park is named for the late John Bell Jr. who grew up in Fort Smith and became a renowned artist famous for creating beautiful paintings while living with a debilitating muscle condition.
John Bell Jr. Park is a 51 acre open green space with a fantastic view of the Arkansas Rivers is curretnly expanding to include fields for various sports activities.
