We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part time Office Assistant (OA) to assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Resort’s office. The Office Assistant shall assist in serving as the initial point of contact for all Guests and Visitors before, during, and after their arrival at the Resort. The OA shall:
- Possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Have the ability to execute organization and pay attention to detail
- Be skilled in a wide range of office skills and computer efficiency
- Have exceptional communication, interpersonal, writing and typing skills
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess a minimum of three years office, receptionist or clerical experience
- Ability to work flexible hours which will initially range from 24-32 hours per week
- Must be able to interact with customer/guests and team members in a positive, pleasant, helpful and professional manner
- Must be able to pass background check
